The most badly reviewed but one of the biggest earning movies of 2009 is Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen. I think the movie is a piece of crap. But, weirdly enough, I am still looking forward to buying the Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen Blu-ray when it gets released on October 20 (blame my five year old son who absolutely loved the movie).
The Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen two-disc Blu-ray and DVD editions will have more than three hours of comprehensive special features that will give viewers a wonderful view of the world of Transformers. Aside from the by-now requisite commentary, expect a documentary of the making of the movie that covers all of its aspects — from conceptualization to special effects to coordination with the US military. There are also multi-angle breakdowns of pivotal scenes, which budding directors will surely appreciate.

September 14th, 2009 at 2:58 pmWith the many great writers on Xomba.com, I’ve come to find some really interesting and insightful movie reviews. So with a quick search of movie reviews on Xomba we find that indeed there are quite a number of potential reviews on transformers.

Anyone expecting Ebert and Roeper may be pleasantly surprised as some of the ones I’ve read have better analytical skills and a far better knowledge of what an actual movie watcher would want to know. These are the movie watchers, not some Hollywood nut whose head has grown to unimaginable proportions with his fame as a critic.
In fact, the site I’m referencing is one of the best reviewers I’ve found in a while. His reviews are concise and get to the point. It’s hard to find that in most non-Hollywood reviews I’ve read.
