Peeping Tom thriller Disturbia managed to keep on top of the box office for the third straight week.  Even with such films as Next & The Condemned debuting this past weekend in the movie theaters, the Shia LaBeouf-starring film stayed at No. 1.

The Condemned:  $4 million
Are We Done Yet?:  $3.4 million
