Borat’s Sacha Baron Cohen has been hit with a fresh lawsuit, with that frat boys lawsuit & that whole village suing him, he’s developing quite a taste for legal action.

This new lawsuit is being fronted by a gentleman from South Carolina who says Borat “accosted” him in a restaurant last year in the Southern state.  Footage of the incident, where Borat posed as a bathroom attendant, was not featured in the hit movie Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, but made it on the Comedy Central, and of course the Web.

The unnamed plaintiff accuses Cohen of invading his personal privacy as he used a urinal in the South Carolina restaurant.  Wow, I wish I could jump on the sue-the-pants-off-Borat train, but I just haven’t got a ticket.

You tell me- Do all these folks have any ground to stand on in suing Sacha Baron Cohen?
