nicole-kidman-naomi-watts-need-movie-2-20-07.jpgFellow Australian actresses Nicole Kidman & Naomi Watts are set to re-team for the first time since they both starred in the movie Flirting back in 1991.

Kidman & Watts have been Hollywood pals for more than two decades & will both star in the upcoming film Need.  The sexy thriller is being directed by “Nip/Tuck” creator Ryan Murphy.

Watts will take on the role of psychiatrist, while Kidman will play the part of an unstable patient who steals Watts’ husband.  Need starts filming later this year, probably in autumn. 

It’s interesting, isn’t it?  I would have thought Kidman to play the role of  psychiatrist, wouldn’t you?  Testing out new waters is always a plus in my book.  I think Need might actually be a keeper.  What do you think?
