Well, it looks as if Sly will not get by with it, this time.  As we reported in February, 60-year-old Sylvester Stallone was busted with vials of human growth hormone while on holiday in Sydney, Australia.

Australian custom officials are revealing that they found a total of 48 vials (jeez!) in Stallone’s hotel room, private jet & limousine.

The Rocky Balboa star has been ordered to enter a plea by next month.  If Sly is found guilty, the worst of it will be a hefty fine & maybe some ‘Don’t Do Drugs’ promotion.

Poor Sylvester.  But, you know, he should have been a little smarter.  I mean, he’s in Mensa!
