Veteran comedian & actor Tracy Morgan pleaded guilty Wednesday to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge in New York.

38-year-old Morgan submitted his guilty plea in the Manhattan Criminal Court in exchange for a conditional discharge.  That basically means that if Tracy meets the conditions set by the court, the case will be dismissed.

Morgan must enter a doctor-supervised alcohol program, perform several hours of community service as well as paying a $1000 fine.  Well, that doesn’t sound too terrible & maybe Tracy will even run into Lindsay Lohan at AA!
