I actually felt that the beginning and middle were a little slow, but the last third of the movie was much better and had a lot of nice payoffs. I'd say it's not quite as good as the 1st movie and slightly better than the 2nd (which isn't as bad as many people say). Overall, a cool, fun, humorous, witty movie.
