iv watched all 3 resident evil movies and im glad to say i have a completly different opinion about the movie then you guys. i acually enjoyed it alot, im hoping for a forth (: i enjoyed the idea of the story following an escaped bio weapon and seeing how her (alice’s) geneticly altered self brings the biggest of foes to the ground. im sorry for all the hardcore gamers who wanted the movies so follow the games, but in saying that, the movie isnt structured like all the other zombie movies -this i enjoyed- instead of following a group of hopless survivors R.E had bio titans/special forces/you see a backgound for the resulting virus/it wasnt as straight forward as: bitten->zombie(or killed) it had mutation and various stages of said mutation. in some asspects it is believable, mixed with a SciFi flavour i think the movies turned out pretty solid. and just because a character is named poorly dosnt mean its a bad movie, besides kmart is cute (: and just like claire there is not much background info on either of them wich makes them all the more interesting.
im not saying that previous comments are wrong or anything stupid like that, i just thought i different opinion would be nice

The the Resident Evil video game series is a classic in the genre. I hope someone makes a film of them some day.

Just been to watch the film and what a load of garbage it was. I wish i had read the review first. It is worse that a new police academy movie.
Absense of any story, just doesn’t follow on from the last film. The TARDIS container was beyond a joke, and yet other film with blatant product placement – cue zoom in on alice’s BMW badge on her bike, oooh a Hummer leading the way and a girl called K-MART?!?!
I felt ripped off after the film ended, the ending made no sense and was plotless from the opening credits.

giving this an F is being too generous.

Uhm how about quit whining the movie was excellent all of them were. I think it was brilliant to change it around a bit, You dont know whats going to happen! its simply fantastic sorry your lamely missing out on what i see…. I feel sorry for you haha ! peace out !

Yeah, that’s something I forgot to comment on. The bottomless shipping crate of zombies was absolutely ridiculous. Not as ridiculous as having a character named K-Mart, but a close second.

Hey Pelegrini, this is Marcelo that guy thats in your GEology class, remember we talked today. Very Nice Review man, you have some great writing skills,very descriptive. But as for this movie, althou the action had its moments of enjoyment, the story was lacking, the relevance with the games was completely oblivious. And worst of all, how does a cargo box, carry 23432423 zombies?? I mean they wouldnt stop coming out of that not so huge box. I mean come on!!! GJ.
